Characters: Character Creation
  • Until other races are discovered through play they are not available.
  • Allowed classes are Fighter, Thief, Rogue, Mage, Cleric*.
  • Cleric Notes
    • Clerics will use the Everlasting Hope or Eternal Lantern as "mechanical templates".
    • Clerics can be of any god, special abilities will be adjusted as appropriate.
    • This is being changed as I write up the rules for new "local" clerics
    • 1 in 6 clerics are Marked by the Gods.
  • Mage Notes
    • Mages have totems that define how they cast spells
    • 2 in 6 mages begin with a permanent Backlash
    • Mages are from the (1 in 6) Tower of Art or (2-6 in 6) Street Trained
  • Thief and Rogue notes
    • Thieves may or may not belong to a gang, but there is no "Thieves' Guild"
    • Rogues start with 50+3d12p ducs instead of 35+2d12p
    • 1 in 6 thieves (but only 1 in 12 rogues) have a Criminal Brand
  • Fighter Notes
    • Fighters are awesome
  • Other classes are not yet allowed in the campaign but may become available with time
