Characters: Character Creation
- Until other races are discovered through play they are not available.
- Allowed classes are Fighter, Thief, Rogue, Mage, Cleric*.
- Cleric Notes
- Clerics will use the Everlasting Hope or Eternal Lantern as "mechanical templates".
- Clerics can be of any god, special abilities will be adjusted as appropriate.
- This is being changed as I write up the rules for new "local" clerics
- 1 in 6 clerics are Marked by the Gods.
- Mage Notes
- Mages have totems that define how they cast spells
- 2 in 6 mages begin with a permanent Backlash
- Mages are from the (1 in 6) Tower of Art or (2-6 in 6) Street Trained
- Thief and Rogue notes
- Thieves may or may not belong to a gang, but there is no "Thieves' Guild"
- Rogues start with 50+3d12p ducs instead of 35+2d12p
- 1 in 6 thieves (but only 1 in 12 rogues) have a Criminal Brand
- Fighter Notes
- Fighters are awesome
- Other classes are not yet allowed in the campaign but may become available with time
